Facebook Updates Terms of Service, Can Now Share Data with Any Affiliate

It’s hard to tell what Facebook is plotting at any given moment. Their recently-updated “Data Use Policy” states they can now take user data and share it with affiliates. Many have said this applies to technology partners—like the recently-acquired Instagram—but today’s LXBN TV guest, Baker Hostetler attorney Gerald Ferguson, notes that this could easily apply to any advertising agency Facebook has a stake in.
