On Sept. 26, 2023, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors adopted Affordable Housing Administrative Guidelines aimed at mitigating the loss of existing affordable units in connection with residential redevelopment projects. The adopted guidelines reflect what was advertised in advance of the final public hearing and analyzed in a McGuireWoods Sept. 11, 2023, legal alert.
