Full text copy of the federal indictment filed September 27, 2013 against Silk Road founder Ross Ulbricht – aka Dread Pirate Roberts, DPR, and Silk Road – for narcotics trafficking, computer hacking, and money laundering (the Silk Road website has been seized by the FBI). Of particular note alleged in the complaint:

• Ulbricht once put out a hit on a Silk Road user (though he didn’t want to pay too much for the job);

• Silk Road had over a billion dollars in revenue;

• Undercover cops have been buying drugs on the site for years;

• There were nearly 1 million Silk Road user accounts when the site was seized
