Flopping or a Valid Increase in Market Value?


Real Estate Investors are frequently criticized by Agents and Brokers because investors seemingly make huge profits in one day by purchasing a house for a low price and selling it for much more money. Investors flip houses on a regular basis. This is perfectly legal. Flopping however, is illegal. Many Agents and Brokers do not understand the difference between flopping and flipping. Agents and Brokers especially do not understand that large profit margins is not what makes flopping illegal.
