Florida Order finds that pollution exclusion prohibits coverage in Chinese Drywall case. The court in General Fidelity v. Foster looks at the specific insuring agreement and pleadings in rejecting Foster's argument that gypsum and combinations of materials are not "hazardous" and therefore there is no coverage or subsequent duty to defend.
