For the third consecutive year, William Kershaw, Brooks Cutter and Eric Ratinoff -- all three founding partners of Sacramento-based law firm -- have been honored as "Super Lawyers” for the 2012 Northern California Super Lawyers magazine.

The annual list highlights outstanding attorneys from more than 70 practice areas who demonstrate excellence in their practice of law. The attorneys are chosen by their peers and through independent research.

Brooks Cutter, who together with Eric Ratinoff successfully prosecuted a $7.6 million dollar medical malpractice verdict last October (the largest medical malpractice verdict in Sacramento County) on behalf of a young woman suffering a spinal cord injury, agrees. "Justice takes time, often years, and requires the full commitment of a firm’s talent and experience. Our teams work tirelessly to fulfill that commitment.”

That all three of the firm’s partners were honored is not lost on Ratinoff, who adds, "We’re very passionate about what we do, together and individually. It means something when you strive for excellence and your peers recognize your achievement of that goal.”
