GB: Gambling Commission publishes final, consolidated Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice

Following two consultations conducted towards the end of 2013, the Gambling Commission has published the final Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (“LCCP“).

These three consultations resulted in the publication of the updated LCCP in three parts and these are now consolidated into one document. All such changes will come into force at the beginning of August 2014 (save for one condition regarding the use of gambling software by operators, which is delayed until January 2015).

The final LCCP can be found here.
