GB: Gambling Commission publishes first tranche of responses to licensing conditions consultation

Following last year’s consultation, the Gambling Commission has published the first of three documents setting out the responses to the consultation and the Commission’s consequential position.

The response document, part one, can be found here.

The consolidated Licence Conditions and Code of Practice will be published, we understand, in late April. This document will form the backbone of remote gambling regulation in Great Britain, going forward.

A more detailed summary of the 64 page document will follow from us in due course.

Topics:  Gambling, Gaming, Gaming Commissions
