Gross Negligence/Negligence Per Se - Drunk Driver Hit & Run - Personal Injury Car Accident - Demand Letter

This case involved a drunk driver slamming into our client’s car at night, and then fleeing the scene only to be picked up by police after nearly causing another accident. Cases like these involve high exposure for insurance companies and must be pursued aggressively. A personal injury attorney must know how to do the full open records request to the police, obtain all photos and video evidence pertaining to the drunk driver, and cite the correct and applicable Texas case law and statutes in order to force the insurance company to fully value the exposure in settlement.
