On December 3rd the Obama administration challenged Oklahoma's lawsuit against the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The Department of Justice (DOJ) said Oklahoma has little standing to challenge the ACA because the state is not a citizen that is subject to the individual mandate and is not eligible for tax subsidies.
