Many employers want to hire foreign workers who possess skills that they need, but the employers have a difficult task in navigating their way throught the thicket of complex immigration regulations pertinent to the hiring of those workers. Thus, it is always a good idea for those employers to have the aid and advice of counsel, but it is also helpful for them to have some basic overview of the federal immigration system as it relates to specific issues that employers often face.
