Section 103(a) of the Affordable Care Act requires HHS to establish a web portal through which individuals can obtain information about the health insurance options in their state.  HHS  originally launched the website, Healthcare.gov, in 2010, but has recently added information about the health exchange marketplace for consumers.  Enrollment is set to begin in October 2013 as state insurance exchanges are to commence in 2014.  Click here to access the health insurance marketplace content at Healthcare.gov.
