Beginning Monday September 23rd, the Houston Passport Agency in the Leland Federal Building in downtown Houston will be closed to the public for renovations, re-opening in early 2014. The closure will affect individuals seeking to make in-person appearances in order to obtain an initial United States passport, passport renewal, or second passport on an urgent (1-2 day) or same-day basis.
