Nowadays, there’s a lawyer for almost anything. Cottage law? You bet. Swimming pools? Oh yeah. Lettuce lawyers? Oh definitely. Why then don’t we see the same niche focus from legal service providers—at least in the larger segments like construction, employment, privacy, etc.? As ClaimKit CEO Chris Cheatham explains, we should see eDiscovery providers who are much more specialized, and lawyers who are more educated and involved in the discovery process.
