Howrey LLP Bankruptcy: Creditors' Committee Selected

Last week, the United States Trustee identified the members of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors that has been appointed in the chapter 11 bankruptcy case of former law firm Howrey LLP. The case began as an involuntary chapter 7 case filed against Howrey by a group of creditors, but was converted to a voluntary chapter 11 earlier this month at Howrey's request.
