Effective immediately, Illinois Residential Mortgage licensees will no longer be required to include the phrase "Illinois Residential Mortgage Licensee" in advertisements, and instead will be required to include their NMLS Unique Identifier and include language referring consumers to the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry's Consumer Access website.
