We act for national and international oil companies, oil majors, crude oil traders, crude oil financiers, and tanker charterers. We also advise a range of downstream clients including oil refineries, petrochemical plants and retail outlets. We do the entire necessary due diligence on both the sellers and the buyers (pre-screening) to make sure no one time is wasted. As such, we are retained for this services we will represent buyers or sellers in negotiations, assurance that all deal will conclude as plan, all financial and L/Cs requirements and qualifications are met and satisfied and scheduled delivery of products via tanker charters.
