The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power ("LADWP") has issued a Request for Proposal ("RFP") from qualified and experienced firms to provide photovoltaic systems and professional services. The RFP is for materials and services necessary to develop 200 megawatts of solar power capacity over three years, according to the schedule below, beginning in November 2009.
