Economic development report says Cuyahoga County must make things easier for new businesses (From the Plain Dealer) -- The 28-page report urges local governments to standardize business policies. It pushes for disparate economic development groups to collaborate and for the county to coordinate public-works improvements and job-training efforts to complement the kinds of businesses they hope to lure.
