This is a memorandum of points & authorities in support of ex parte applications for an order to show cause and temporary restraining order.
This memorandum sets forth all required elements for the court to grant a temporary restraining order and addresses the legal bases for appointment of a receiver as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure Section 564 and the legal bases for an attachment as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure Section 483.010. It also addresses the amount of the undertaking required for an attachment and for ex parte appointment of a receiver.
