During the January Certificate of Need meeting, Dr. Mary Currier, State Health Officer, concurred with the Health Policy & Planning staff analyses and approved the following applications for Certificate of Need:
1. CON Review: NH-CO-1012-017 – Greenbriar Nursing Center – Cost Overrun to CON #0810 (Relocation of 46 LTC Beds From Azalea Gardens to Greenbriar Nursing Center) Location: D’Iberville, Harrison County, Mississippi – Approved Capital Expenditure: $2,804,248 – Additional Capital Expenditure: $500,090 – Revised Capital Expenditure: $3,304,338 – Staff Recommendation:
Approval
2. CON Review: HG-CO-1012-018 – St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital – Cost Overrun to CON #0840 (Renovation for the Creation of a Hybrid Operation Room) Location: Jackson, Hinds County, Mississippi – Approved Capital Expenditure: $2,679,601 – Additional Capital Expenditure: $1,077,699 – Revised Capital Expenditure: $3,757,270 – Staff Recommendation: Approval
