We continue to receive updated guidance regarding tax deadlines. In recent news: 

• Massachusetts income taxes – It was announced that April 15, 2020 income tax filing and payment deadline for Massachusetts has been moved to July 15, 2020, to match the new federal filing and payment deadlines. • Federal gift and generation-skipping (GST) transfer taxes – the IRS updated prior guidance and changed the deadline for filing gift and GST tax returns and making payments to July 15, 2020. Taxpayers do not have to take any action to secure this new deadline. See Notice 2020-20 here.
