It seems fitting that we end this series the week before Thanksgiving Day on a positive note. (Well, perhaps not so positive for Garth Peterson, but certainly one for Morgan Stanley) In an unusual move, the DOJ and SEC charged Garth Peterson with violations of the FCPA, but declined to bring any actions against Morgan Stanley.
