Pursuant to LSA-R.S. 44:9:, the court can order that the Clerk of Court, Custodian of Records, the City Prosecutor, Probation Division, Bureau of Criminal Identification, Sheriff's Office, City Police Department(Traffic/Criminal), Attorney's Pretrial Diversion Division, to expunge and destroy any and all records of arrest, including, but not limited to, all mug shots, fingerprint cards, and rap sheets.
