This motion was filed in response to the unacceptable demands of the defendants related to confidentiality of discovery documents. The defendants' secrecy demands included restrictions allowing redaction of information, prohibitions on open communications between attorney and client, and advanced approval of potential experts. While the defendants market their business as a fully "transparent" pharmacy benefits manager, their actual practice is far different.
