QBE Insurance Corporation tried for over two years to get the insured to cooperate with its investigation and adjustment of a valid storm damage claim. However, QBE eventually sought a declaration from the Court that the insured's post loss conduct so prejudiced QBE's ability to evaluate the claim that QBE should owe no duty to pay based on violation of the insured's post loss duties as spelled out in the Policy.
