State of Ohio v. Whitacre

Motion to Suppress

more+
less-

This is a motion to suppress a written document containing a statement by the defendant that was supplied to defense counsel by the prosecutor one week prior to trial. The document is being used by the prosecution in an attempt to broaden the indictment to include an additional charge for a statement made several months after grand jury testimony. The original charge was perjury before the grand jury.

I wrote this motion for filing by an attorney licensed in Ohio.
