Short Answer: Yes.

Long Answer: I came across this very question on Avvo.com, and answered it there with a one-word answer: "Yes." Give me some credit on that. Lawyers very, very infrequently give a one-word answer.

In this case, however, it's easy to do so because the question and answer is so clear cut.
