Lawmakers returned to Raleigh on Wednesday, January 25, for the second and third legislative days of the 2023-24 Biennium. Chamber rules have now been approved, committees have been decided, and bill filing has started. The Senate and House have called their first committee hearings and bill filings will continue the week of January 30.
