A green card holder approached our firm after his initial N-400 Naturalization Application was denied on the basis of failure to establish good moral character.

Our firm filed a N-336 Request for Rehearing and represented the client. After filing a brief, attending the hearing and the submission of additional evidence, the USCIS approved the N-400 Naturalization Application and sent this notice of the Oath Cermony.
