Axion International, Inc., a maker of composite building products based in Zanesville, Ohio, Axion International Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: AXIH) and Axion Recycled Plastics Incorporated have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (lead case number 15-12415).  The cases have been assigned to Judge Christopher S.
