On July 1, 2013, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) implemented the Labor Certification Registry (LCR), an online database that makes available to the general public complete but “appropriately redacted” copies of certified Labor Condition Applications (LCA) filed in connection with H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 petitions, as well as certified PERM and H-2A/H-2B Labor Certifications.
