New ISS "QuickScore 2.0" and Verification of ISS Data By February 7, 2014

On January 27, 2014, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) released its Governance QuickScore 2.0 technical document outlining key changes to the governance scoring model for QuickScore 2.0 for 2014. The complete technical document can be found on ISS’s website at www.issgovernance.com/files/ISSGovernanceQuickScore2.0.pdf.

In order to preview and verify the underlying soon to be published QuickScore 2.0 data, companies will need a login and password to access the ISS Governance Analytics website http://www.issgovernance.com/quickscore/dataverification. Those without a login can obtain one by emailing support@isscorporateservices.com.

QuickScore 2.0 ratings will be published on February 18, 2014. Requests for data changes submitted prior to 8 pm EST on February 7th will be considered by ISS and reflected when QuickScore 2.0 is released. The data verification site will remain open following the release to allow for updates of QuickScore 2.0 throughout the year.
