New Jersey Adopts the Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act


On September 19, 2012, Governor Chris Christie signed into law the New Jersey Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act (RULLCA). RULLCA updates New Jersey's LLC law and will impact every New Jersey limited liability company (LLC).
