New book excerpt: Modes Alternatifs de Résolution des Conflits en Angleterre (Mediation in England and Wales)

This is a new version of my book "Mediation in England and Wales"; both in English and French. The original English version was published (on line only) in November 2010, in anticipation of the implementation of the EU Mediation Directive in 2011. An original translation into French was in the course of 2011. This version now contains English and French, to maximise its usefulness, together with a book review by Michel Yahri the President of CEFAREA. The document loaded here is an excerpt only; the full text (including the two main essays which are the core of the work) is only available (at present) in hard copy by purchase from my firm.

This is no substitute for legal advice in any particular matter. As ever I hope this will be of interest and of use. Further dual language versions will follow.
