New York Introduces New PFAS Related Legislation

Legislation recently introduced in New York aims to require reporting on PFAS in products in 2024 and phase out all intentionally added PFAS in products sold in the state in either 2024 or 2030. The bill is substantially similar to the PFAS ban law enacted earlier this year in Maine.
