As a federal judicial clerk for U.S. District Judge Linda McLaughlin, assisted in the research, drafting and preparation of the underlying District Court opinion (which was upheld by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals). Deteresa v. American Broad. Co., Inc., (121 F.3d 460, 467 (9th Cir. 1997).
