The National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) has announced that it is again delaying the date by which employers must post the employee rights poster informing employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act. The new date on which covered private-sector employers must post the poster is April 30, 2012. The NLRB stated that it is delaying the posting date to help facilitate the resolution of the pending legal challenges to its rule requiring the posting. Phillips Lytle will keep you up to date on any further developments regarding the posting requirement.
