A north Oregon man was cited for DUI and reckless driving in a physics defying accident that crossed two roads, a chain link fence, and came to rest against the building of a local countertop company. Thirty seven year old Abel Caba was transported to OHSU Hospital and cited for reckless driving and DUI. Caba sustained non-life threatening injuries as his car crossed, and then left the road, before coming to a dramatic stop. Unfortunately, this was not until it had run into the Precision Countertops building.
