In a Florida Probate, where the beneficiaries of an estate include beneficiaries of a trust and the trust is a beneficiary of the probate estate and each trustee of the trust is also a personal representative of the estate, the Court requires that this document is filed with the Clerk of Court. The Court's goal is to insure that all beneficiaries are provided with notice of an administration under Florida Probate Rule 5.240.
