Notice to Creditors of a Corporation's Dissolution

The Ohio State Legislature recently updated the laws pertaining to corporations. A corporation that is dissolving may now give its creditors notice that if a claim is not asseerted within a certain amount of time then the claim will be forever barred. If you or your company receives such a notice please promptly review the same with your legal counsel.
