Congress' Representatve Elijah Cummings thanks attorney Susan Chana Lask for cooperating in his investigation against foreclosure mill fraud and illegal activity alleged against Steven Baum. Ms. Lask is all too happy to be a friendly witness as she is the first attorney to file a federal suit against Baum in 2010 and successfully settle it in April, 2011. Notably, Baum being the poor sport he is and using underhanded tactics, he filed a bogus $6 Million Dollar libel suit against Ms. Lask in his feeble effort to intimidate her from pursuing her suit on behalf of her clients. Once Ms. Lask filed a motion to dismiss his bogus suit, he withdrew that immediately. Now he's been fined $2 Million dollars by the US DOJ, NY AG Schneiderman is investigating him and now Congress alleges he conducted illegal activities and is investigating him too. Worse, on 10/30/11, Joe Nocera of the NY Times reported on Baum's psychotic halloween party where he mocked all the people he made homeless and threatened Ms. Lask with death by putting her in a coffin and ripping her eyes out in a picture. Baum said Ms. Lask "was a thorn in his side". No wonder Baum's wife divorced him this year. Ms. lask has told Baum and his freak show of employees to meet her personally and look into her eyes that they ripped out---to date, the cowards have been silent. However, Ms. Lask is going afte them full force.
