Obama Administration Calls for Free Access to Federally Funded Research

While some have called this an response to the death of activist Aaron Swartz, while others have said it isn’t doing nearly enough, it’s still happening: the Obama administrationhas called for free open access to federally funded research. While the cause is a good one, the process does come with some guidelines that could be detrimental.
