Advanced Title IX Regulations Training, Level 3 (Pre-K to 12)

As we know you are well aware, the final Title IX regulations were released last year. Due to the popularity of our Title IX training series, we have added a third tier to help you stay compliant with the new regulations.

Please note that prior Title IX training completion is recommended but not required. To register for Levels 1 & 2, click here. You may register for all five sessions at a discounted rate of $850 per person.

*Training materials will be provided to attendees to post on their websites in compliance with the new Title IX Regulation Section 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D). While this training includes instruction on the grievance and appeal processes required by the new Title IX regulations, it is not district-specific and does not include an individualized assessment of policies and procedures.

Level 3: K-12 Title IX report writing for investigators practicum

This advanced-level virtual training course is for investigators who are already comfortable with the investigation process and are looking to hone in on their writing skills for the investigation report. Participants will be provided with a fact scenario prior to the session and placed into break-out groups with Bricker attorney facilitators to be given time to write sections of an investigation report. Attorney feedback will be provided to participants after the session.
