This is the first known case to allow Intended Third Party Beneficiary claims to go forward in the context of HAMP litigation.

I am posting this California Federal Court's decision for reference and ease of access as it relates to the Massachusetts State case of Parker v. Bank of America in which I am plaintiff's counsel.
