This a qualified domestic relations order (QDRO)in a Minnesota divorce dividing husband's federal pension in favor of wife and awarding wife one-half of the pension pursuant to the divorce decree. Orders dividing federal pensions must conform with federal law and with the specific regulations of whatever federal agency administers the pension.
