Order granting Summary Judgment


After the Court granted partial summary judgment to my client, we filed a motion for reconsideration which the Court granted, thereby effectuating complete summary judgment in a claimed, multi-million dollar lawsuit. The Court concurrently denied the plaintiff's motion for reconsideration concerning the motorist in peril issue, effectively ending the matter.
