Chief Judge Skretny denies, effectively in its entirety, the County Defendants' motion to dismiss this prisoners' rights case alleging deliberate indifference to serious medical needs in violation of the Eighth Amendment against jail supervisors and the municipality, finding Monell and Iqbal satisfied, and also as to state-law claims, finding that state-law notice of claim requirements were satisfied as to all claims.
