All employers are required to have a material safety data sheet (MSDS) for all hazardous chemicals in the workplace. This document contains a form letter for requesting a MSDS when one is not sent with an initial shipment. This document also contains a form letter for requesting and up to date and complete MSDS when the MSDS received is outdated or incomplete.
