However, the concept of “general counsel outsourcing” is relatively new. “General counsel outsourcing” involves a business organization contracting senior legal counsel to manage their day-to-day legal functions, resulting in improved efficiencies and profit, instead of hiring a full time in-house lawyer to perform such legal services.
